With over 30 years experience in property and as a landlord,

I ventured out with Sunshine Endeavors LTD in aim to provide better quality and affordable housing to tenants.

Shortly into my journey I came across student's who were struggling to find and rent suitable housing and allowed them to stay in one of my properties which was located close to the university.

Since then I've been providing houses for students to live in every year.
